- 3 cans quality tuna (5 ounces each)
- 2 1/2 celery stalks, chopped
- 1/2 English cucumber, chopped
- 4–5 radishes, chopped
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1/2 medium red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup Kalamata olives, halved
- Fresh parsley and mint leaves
- Dijon mustard
- Lime juice
- Olive oil
- Sumac
- Kosher salt
- Black pepper
- Crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, lime zest, and lime juice. Gradually add olive oil until well blended. Stir in sumac, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine drained tuna with celery, cucumber, radishes, green onions, red onion, olives, parsley, and mint. Mix gently with a wooden spoon.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
